Sakura is a loner and a high school delinquent who, as a member of Bofurin, has vowed to "protect this town." After interacting with the people of the town and experiencing a clash with the rival group Shishitoren, he becomes the grade captain for the first-year students. Just then, he learns of an emergency with Nagato, a childhood friend of Sakura`s classmate Anzai. To save Nagato, Sakura enlists the help of Nirei, Suo, and his classmates and rallies towards KEEL`s headquarters. However, he will have to confront Shingo Natori, the head of KEEL. Using fear to gain authority over others, they push an overwhelming level of violence to attack Sakura and the others.
